One week a month, the four 1.5 hour online classes will consist of…

  1. Experiential exercises that call for introspection as well as interaction to give participants much more than just a conceptual understanding
  2. Practice sessions applying learnings to participants’ situation
  3. Supportive small group discussions
  4. Instructor-led deep, interactive conversations
  5. Only 9 to 12 participants in each program to ensure depth of learning

Between online weeks there are…

  1. One-on-one, individual coaching with the instructor to assist participants in understanding themselves and how to apply learnings to their particular situations.
  2. Daily reminders of learnings through our interactive smart phone program “Sticky Learning.”
  3. Scheduled conversations with other participants where conceptual and application support is given and received
  4. Participant-selected homework to apply learnings

When:

  • One week a month over eight months starting Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 9am PT/12pm ET
  • Each of the eight weeks will have four online meetings (Tuesday through Friday) 
  • Each online meetings will be  1 1/2 hours

Tuition:

 $900.00 for the initial pilot program

A minimum $500 non-refundable deposit is due when you register. The balance is due two weeks prior to the first session.
