Synergy and Innovation through People and Process
featuring Michael F. Broom and Edith W. Seashore
Innovation is the hallmark of today's most successful high tech companies. Innovation
is the result of people working and learning together. But getting people to work and
learn together can be a problematic process. Learn to turn the problem into productivity
by spending 2 hours with Michael Broom and Edie Seashore.
The Presenters
Michael and Edie are a renowned
tandem of organization psychologists who are expert at helping others build skill in
managing the human dynamics and processes that make for effective, synergic, innovative
teams. Both have been faculty and numerous universities including Johns Hopkins,
Pepperdine, Georgetown, and American univerities
Both Michael and Edie have published books that have been welcome additions to field.
Edie is the co-author of What Did You Say? The Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback with
Charles Seashore and Triple Impact Coaching with Beverly Patwell. She
is also co-editor of The Promise of Diversity. Michael is the co-author
with Don Klein of Power: The Infinite Game and sole author of The Infinite
Organization published Sept. 2002.
